It was a great training performance, as she's not simple either. watching her videos and speaking to everyone involved she is quite a forward-going filly. Going that last (extra) furlong was a little bit of an unknown but we thought if she did things right, she'd see it out. She has a great attitude, she's tough. G.M. Ryan, rider of Canto Della Terra, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got squeezed up leaving the stalls. Having viewed the recording and considered the report, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no riding offence occurred and took no further action
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined No Such Thing, trained by G.M.Lyons, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
For two years old only which had been sold or bought in under the hammer at the Tattersalls Ireland September Yearling Sale of 19th, 20th and 21st September, 2023 and the Tattersalls Ireland Sapphire Sale of 17th November 2023 and had been declared by Tattersalls (Ireland) Ltd. as eligible to be entered and run in accordance with the relevant Conditions of Sale. Horses which do not have a registered name and have not been Returned In Training with a Licensed Trainer by Wednesday 31st July, 2024 will be automatically struck out of this race.
