Quotes on Real Appeal (GER)
He chipped a bone in a knee earlier on in the year and we had to give him time off. Ger Kelly down in Fethard did a great job with him. You're scratching your head saying 'will he come back or will he not?' Fair play to the horse, class is permanent. We were hoping to take this horse to Doha, that was the plan to go back again, and we couldn't because he was injured. This will make up for it and we will find something for him. He needs good ground, so we said we would come here. We'll see what way the ground is and we will take it from there after that. After Real Appeal (GER) finished 1st at Dundalk on Fri, 8th Mar 2024 1m Flat Standard

Quotes on Final Voyage (IRE)
He's been coming along with each run this year. We stepped him up to seven the last time and he stayed on nicely. He just missed a piece of work during the week because the grass was so soft so I said to Shane to drop him in, get him to relax early and then hopefully play him late. He got a beautiful run, he gave him a great ride, and just got there in the last couple of strides. He's a horse that loves the all-weather and he's a gentleman to have anything to do with. It's just nice to get the year going. There are a few more races coming along for him. There might be something at the all-weather championships for him in Newcastle. After Final Voyage (IRE) finished 1st at Dundalk on Fri, 23rd Feb 2024 1m Flat Hcap Standard

Quotes on Power Under Me (IRE)
That’s more like it, but Colin said it turned into a bit of a sprint which probably suited him and maybe gives a false reading on the horse. He’s probably between trips, not an out-an-out miler and not quick enough for the proper sprints anymore. He loves the ground and you can see that with his conformation and his action. I thought that type of race was within his remit, but his last two runs didn’t fill me with any confidence. Seven furlongs to a mile and Listed or Group 3 is his thing. You will never see him on anything quicker than good to soft. The only negative is that Vincent (Gaul, owner) is not here today as he’s at home at a house party. He loves his racing and it’s a pity he’s not here to see him. After Power Under Me (IRE) finished 1st at Leopardstown on Sun, 7th May 2023 1m Flat Soft to Heavy

Quotes on Warrior Brave (GB)
A horse that has proved so frustrating in the past has now turned to be a star! It's great for Eleanora,. He won last week in Listowel, on Saturday, and this race popped up in the calendar quick. I had seen it beforehand and if we had missed Listowel we were going to come here anyway. He's a horse that likes doing what he does out in front and the blinkers worked well. Obviously the handicapper gave him 10lb the last day but the ground suited and the track with a bend is similar to Listowel, even though we're going the other way. He proved so frustrating in the last year-and-a-half but he fell down to a mark that he's capable of winning off and that probably gave him the chance. Like them all he'll probably climb back up and hit his level again but we're after having two wins with him which is the most important thing. After Warrior Brave (GB) finished 1st at Fairyhouse on Fri, 9th Jun 2023 6f Flat Hcap Good

Quotes on Follow Me (FR)
He's a fair horse, everything went wrong that could go wrong and he still weaved his way through. Three down I was like 'oh no', it was like watching a horror movie. Billy was so cool on him, he got his spots and got out. It's onwards and upwards with him, it's exciting to have him. They are two lovely horses (Dance Night Andday who won yesterday) that have won this weekend. They both worked on Tuesday morning and you'd think coming here that both of them would run well, but you'd hardly think on Guineas weekend both of them would win. Tom Malone bought him in France and it was a great buy for Amanda (Torrens). Unfortunately, she couldn't be here today, she had to go to the north for another engagement. She was roaring the phone down and she's delighted. We'll see what the handicapper does, he's 93 today and, if there was another handicap on Derby weekend that we could eke out of him, that's a possibility. He's very versatile ground-wise and it's just lovely to have a good horse. He's a big horse with loads of scope. When he came off the lorry to us, and given his two-year-old form, he came off like a big scopey horse and not a horse that was all about two. He's simple enough at home, likes his routine. I feel sorry for Shane Foley as he's ridden all his work and won his maiden on him. He was mad to ride him but had to ride for Jessie (Harrington) and then that horse (Matter Of Fact) was taken out. He is Shane's ride. After Follow Me (FR) finished 1st at Curragh on Sat, 25th May 2024 7f Flat Hcap Good

Quotes on You Send Me (IRE)
She is a big filly and was very weak when she ran last year so we put her away. We'll see how she comes out of this and, if it doesn't take too much out of her, we might look at a Guineas Trial. She is very big and still very raw and could even make a better filly next year than this year. She wants seven (furlongs) or a mile and I don't think she wants it that soft as she is a good-moving filly. She is a nice filly. After You Send Me (IRE) finished 1st at Cork on Sat, 8th Apr 2023 7f Flat Maiden Soft to Heavy

Quotes on Democracy (IRE)
You’d have to be very happy with that on very deep ground. He travelled very well and, when Wayne dropped him down to go, he was a little bit lost on that ground but he would never have seen that ground before. It was a good education for him. He has plenty of speed and I’d say he’s a classy horse. He’s big and he’s strong and very laid-back. There is a Listed race (First Flier) back here in a few weeks and we could look at that. After Democracy (IRE) finished 1st at Curragh on Sun, 16th Apr 2023 6f Flat Maiden Heavy

Quotes on Letherfly (IRE)
She’s a lovely filly,. I was trying to get her to jump out of stalls a bit quicker yesterday but by the time we were finished I thought we have blown this completely because she had nearly gone the other way. It was very much a learning process but it’s great that she’s won. She’s a big filly and can only improve. . She’s by a good sire and has been doing things well but is big and backward and needs time. I’d say she should get seven (furlongs) or a mile.
