The Stewards enquired into an incident about a furlong and a half from the winning post involving Egrecio (GB), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed fourth and Tosen Ciara, ridden by Y. Nonaka, unplaced, where it appeared Egrecio(GB) ran short of room on the rail. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental and they took no further action
The Stewards enquired into possible interference about 100 yards from the winning post involving Dumouriez, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed second, Egrecio (GB), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed fourth and Power Of Now, ridden by L.F. Roche, placed first, where it appeared Egrecio(GB) ran short of room and stumbled. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental in nature, they therefore made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action
