The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Implement, trained by K.J. Condon, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race
S. Foley, rider of Implement trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that for the entire race his mount was unable to handle the heavy ground conditions
Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iii), the Stewards allowed Georgian Bay, trained by Adrian McGuinness, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.
