The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dinamine, trained by John C. McConnell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Subsequently J.C. McConnell, trainer, reported that Dinamine had scoped wrong post race

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from C.W.J. Farrell, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Fire Coral (GB), placed second, as compared with its recent form. C.W.J. Farrell, trainer. stated that the slightly better ground with a step up in trip coupled with the fact she has recently been trained from the field had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form today.
