Navan Mon, 20th Mar, 2023  Misty Hollow He had been off a long time and was ready to run at Christmas, and then they all got sick on me and started coughing a bit and all that. Two months ago I thought I wouldn't get ground to run him, he wants soft ground. I'm delighted, we always thought he was half-decent. He's ten years of age but he's had his own few problems. He got a bad fall one day in Limerick and did a bit of damage to himself. We have plenty to build on. JJ gave him plenty of time to get into it. Fair play, he just crept away all the way with him. He's a good jockey. We could look at somewhere like Limerick as he wants soft ground. Funny enough I won this race last year with Dont Go Yet.

Cork Sat, 7th Jan, 2023  Weihnachts He won two chases and I suppose he crept up the ratings and struggled a bit. He loves the muck and Simon has a great understanding for him,. It might be wrong to have favourites but I get a great kick out of getting a winner in those colours. J.P. and his family have been hugely supportive of me in the last few years - I only have one or two for them but they are very good to me and I really appreciate it.

Tramore Sun, 1st Jan, 2023  Minella Indo it's an emotional day when you see pictures of Jacksy (De Bromhead) up around the place. Often these things don't happen in racing but to win the big race here at our local track on this day is fantastic. I'm delighted for Indo and the Maloneys and for everyone. It's brilliant to see the crowd here and the roar he got was amazing. We know everyone is thinking of us and it's just brilliant. The support from everyone really helps us through it. the horse deserved it and Rachael was brilliant on him. She gave him a really good ride and he jumped brilliant apart from the last possibly. He just got under it a bit. I thought we were going to get done but Rachael really got him over the line, it was fantastic. We will enjoy today, this is a fantastic race to win. He hasn't won since the Gold Cup (in 2021). We were thinking about the Irish Gold Cup but we might just head straight to Cheltenham - we will see.

Navan Sun, 13th Nov, 2022  Hollow Games He has a great attitude and he always looked like he was going to be a chaser last year. Jack was good on him, we said we would make plenty of use on him. He wants probably a bit further to be honest. I love the way from the third last to the line he put his head down and galloped. He jumped well and I'm very happy with him. We have loads of ways to go now. He is (in the Grade 1 Drinmore) and we won't make any concrete plans at the moment.
