The Stewards requested a report from J.A.Stack, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Shifted Strategy, placed first, as compared with its recent run at Roscommon on the 20th August. J.A. Stack reported that his charge was fitted with blinkers at Roscommon but appeared to resent them. Cheek pieces were applied today which in his opinion brought about the desired effect. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.
