The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dharma Rain, trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing post race
The Stewards requested a report from Michael Mulvany, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Wichita Line, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Mr. Mulvany reported that his charge appreciated today's heavy ground conditions, which in his opinion helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form
Having considered the report, the Stewards noted the explanation offered.
