The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Major Barry, trained by John E. & Thomas Kiely, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
C.P. McNamara, rider of Frankendael (GB), trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had blood from one nostril possibly as a result of hitting his head at the start.
