Evidence was heard from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Starters Mr. J. R. Banahan and Mr. P. Moloney
Mr. P. Moloney stated that due to a technical issue the stalls did not open at the first attempt. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that a fair start had been effected and therefore took no further action.
