The Raceday Stewards received a report from Ms. A. O'Keeffe, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that K.M. Donoghue, rider of Money Heist, weighed in at 1.1 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that in his opinion an accumulation of kickback may have contributed to the overweight. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that rider K.M. Donoghue was in breach of Rule 231(iii) and in considering his record in this regard they suspended him for two racedays. Mr. Patrick Dowling did not attend this enquiry
