The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Takarengo, trained by Thomas Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
The Stewards reviewed an incident at the first bend where Takarengo, ridden by W.J. Lee, was hampered. Having viewed a recording of the incident at that point of the race the Stewards decided that no further action was warranted
At the request of the Stewards, L.F. Roche, rider of Walking On Glass, trained by Padraig Roche, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled throughout this race.
An extended handicap for three years old and upwards that have run three or more times under any Rules of Racing on or before 26th October, 2020, at least one of those runs having been over a distance of ten furlongs or more on or after 1st October, 2019 (105 = 10st) Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 10st and the minimum weight is 8st 6lbs Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won.
