The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Thefaithfulindian, trained by Aidan Anthony Howard, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
The Stewards interviewed D.A. McCormack, rider of Scorpion Black, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found D. A. McCormack in breach of Regulation 10.3 (g), frequency, and having considered D. A. McCormack's record in this regard the stewards suspended D. A. McCormack for two racedays.
