There is more to her, she's stronger and bigger, and she's still growing. I think whatever she does now that she'll be better in the spring. She's a lovely filly. Tonight was the plan and we'll have to looks and see what there is now. With the fact that she is still growing she might just have a break now and let her rest on her laurels. The Stewards requested a report from P.J.Prendergast, trainer of War Hero, regarding the late arrival of the horse into the Parade Ring. P.J. Prendergast reported that he had to saddle 2 runners for this race and had difficulty fitting a tongue strap to War Hero. Having considered the report the Stewards accepted its content. J.A. Heffernan, rider of Blue Petal, trained by R. K. Watson, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled from the stalls. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Blue Petal, trained by R. K. Watson, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
