He finished two lengths ahead of Self Belief at Cork last September, when 4lb better off, and should confirm those placings as Self Belief's best form is over slightly further. Power Under Me disappointed in that Cork race, when reported to be post race normal. A dual course-and-distance winner who needs easy ground, he weakened late-on in the Cork race and while he should reappear in better form, is now a six-year-old who needs his best form to win. A mile will stretch Big Gossey.
