FormscanBy Tom Weekes - NEVERADULLMOMENT has met defeat just once from four runs at this course and might defy a recent 12lb hike for winning over today's course-and-distance last month. Runner-up here last October, he gained two recent course wins this year and while he now competes from a career high rating, is clearly progressive and is also ideally suited by this distance and soft ground. Galon De Vauzelle himself won well at Listowel last month and while he too can compete despite competing under a 10lb higher mark, is more exposed than the progressive selection. Jumping Jet defeated Ask Anything to win the Ulster National last April but the pair now make their respective seasonal reappearances.

I've always loved this horse but he is mentally fragile, although is going the right way. He jumped beautifully, having been a bit novicey last year and we rode him more positively as we wanted to try something different. hopefully he is a National type horse and you'd hope he will take a step forward with more experience as it was only his fifth run over fences. He is a pure natural with an obstacle coming to him. Paul (Nicholls, previous trainer) had a few issues with him but mentally he is coming along the whole time and I was very pleased they allowed me to take him back. He travels and jumps in this deep stuff and if that can do that, it is a big benefit to them.
