I think he was a bit dead in himself, he usually takes more of a tug which is why I dropped him in a bit, and he didn't really pick it up for me. The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr A. Harvey, rider of Intense Approach (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found Mr. A. Harvey in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) frequency and having taken his previous record into account they and suspended him for one raceday.
