She is well bred, loves that ground and there is a 2m4f mares' maiden hurdle back here at Christmas so we might have a look at that. We'll see how she comes out of this and take it from there. The Stewards interviewed Miss S. Larkin, rider of Blue Hen, concerning her use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Miss S. Larkin was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered her record they suspended her for 3 racedays

Rules or Rules of Racing that are EBF eligible Weights - 4-y-o 11st 8lbs 5, 6 and 7-y-o 11st 11lbs Riders - Ladies who are Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules. Ladies who are Professional Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (iii) (up to and including 27th November) may also ride in this race. (The winning owner in this race will receive a €5000 bonus should the winning filly be eligible for the Weatherbys Ireland/I.T.B.A. N.H. Fillies Bonus Scheme)
