The Raceday Stewards interviewed Ms. Stephanie Searle, Authorised Representative for Anthony Mullins, trainer, in relation to Glendine Billy being presented without hind shoes as required under the provisions of R.16. Ms
Searle stated that Glendine Billy required sedation to be shod and that they did not have the required withdrawal time between declarations and raceday to get him shod behind. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards allowed Glendine Billy to run without hind shoes on this occasion.
