Galway Sun, 29th Oct, 2023  Sequestered He would have been a very unlucky loser, but I suppose the loose horse also did him a little favour as he brought him out on the better ground. I had said to Jack to go wide and pick the best ground. This is a fair good horse and I did think he would win, although was worried about the gluey ground. He didn't jump early, but I told Jack to leave him asleep for as long as he could. He will be on the boat to Cheltenham in November for a graded novice. . His run behind Willie's (Mullins) High Class Hero at Listowel was a super run when Paul Townend probably just got a 'run' on Jack. He went on to win a Listed race at Limerick last week.

Killarney Fri, 25th Aug, 2023  Shecouldbeanything Jack said she travelled well and got there too soon,. He gave her a kick and she quickened at the back of the second-last. She is not a bad mare and was unlucky at Galway when she made mistakes at the second-last and last and would have been bang there only for that. She will go to Gowran for a Listed race next and could also win on the Flat - she is a good filly.

Galway Fri, 4th Aug, 2023  Toss Again I'm delighted for Tom O'Connor, his owner. He and his brother and his mum are here so that's great. He was brilliant and Darragh was brilliant on him. It's only his first run in a handicap and second run over fences, obviously he lacked experience but his jumping is savage and he was brilliant the whole way. I thought it (handicap rating) was fair, off his hurdle mark. We hoped he had improved for fences, he won his beginners chase nicely in Limerick. The lack of experience around here (was a worry) but you wouldn't have thought it with the way he jumped. He really stayed at it and I thought Darragh gave him a super ride. We won't rush, today was the plan and he's still a novice. He has options. He probably prefers nicer ground, I'd say he's better on better ground.
