The Raceday Stewards received a report from Ms. Nicola O' Connor, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer that she was unable to positively identify Dolores Umbridge, trained by Eugene O' Sullivan, from the markings contained in the passport presented for this horse. Ms. O'Connor further stated that the microchip reader was showing a six year old filly by Dansant out of the same dam. Evidence was heard from Eugene O' Sullivan, trainer, who stated that both horses are very similar and are stabled next to each other. He added that the wrong horse was loaded by a member of his staff for racing today. Having considered all the evidence, the Raceday Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Dolores Umbridge and referred the matter to a Senior Racing Official
