The Raceday Stewards interviewed Thomas P.O'Connor, trainer, in relation to his failure to nominate a rider before the fixed deadline as permitted under Regulation 3. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who stated that there was a delay in the renewal of the riders licence being processed. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards allowed the rider nomination of Mr T.O'Connor and took no further action

Riders - Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules Top weight after the time of declaration shall not be less than 12st 4lbs and the minimum weight is 10st 7lbs
