An extended handicap for four years old and upwards (95 = 10st 10lbs) Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won. Riders - Lady Riders only - 1. who hold a Licence or Apprentice Licence under Rules of Racing. 2. who hold a Licence or Apprentice Licence under Rules of Racing issued by any Recognised Turf Authority. 3. who are Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules. 4. who hold a Permit to ride in Flat Races issued by any other Recognised Turf Authority.
