The Stewards requested a report from Emmet Mullins, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Oriental Eagle (GER), placed first, as compared with its recent form. Emmet Mullins reported that his charge ran very free on it's previous run. He said his charge settled much better today and ran without a tongue tie and he felt a combination of both had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form .
