I started with Michael Hourigan when he had Beef Or Salmon, and then I went to Richard Guset and on to Evan Williams. They are all very good trainers who train differently. I have about 15 in at the moment divided between the track and point-to-points. I hoped to build a new barn last summer but when the lockdown came I was a bit worried. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Zaccarela (FR), trained by Philip Fenton, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
An extended handicap hurdle for four years old and upwards rated 80-102 Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 12st and the minimum weight shall not be less than 9st 12lbs Penalties - Winner of a hurdle race after calculation of the handicap shall carry 5lb extra for each hurdle race won.
