The Stewards enquired into incidents in the straight involving Mean Fomhair, ridden by C.T. Keane, unplaced, Ramiro, ridden by G.P. Brouder, placed first and Dragon Of Malta, ridden by S.M. Crosse, placed third, where it appeared Mean Fomhair was short of room early in the straight and later on Dragon of Malta may have been carried to the right by Ramiro. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action
