Townend, rider of Kilbarry Marien trained by C. O'Keeffe, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount jumped poorly during this race. R. Loughran, rider of Onest (GB) trained by David Harry Kelly, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having sustained an injury.
