Kennedy sees claim reduced after Yuzu success
That was great and it's job done. She's a filly that a friend of mine Cormac (O'Flynn) bought in an online sale. She's got her bracket now and she's by a Japanese sire, he's going to go off breeding with her now. We might find one more race before the end of the season. She only ran in Gowran the other day and I think the mile-and-a-bit stretched her on that heavy ground and coming back to seven really suited today. Keithen is a very good young lad. He's been riding out for us for the last three summers and he's been riding work the whole time. She's a difficult enough ride and he rides her the whole time at home so it's great for him to get a win on her. He's a very nice, pleasant kid and I'd say he's going to go places. He's strong and doesn't look like a 10lb claimer, and he's got a brain as well.
Keane excels with fine waiting ride on Mutasarref
I genuinely thought I was only running him because Eleanora was over for a do at the weekend,. He's been on the wane all year. Colin said he's just a class horse and the ease in the ground helps him as he's had injuries and it helps his old bones. He's been a very lucky horse for us since we got him. I thought we were on the road to dropping him down the handicap but that's undone all that. You don't mind when they win. They went no gallop and it fell into his hands. On his day he's a good horse. The older they are they handle the ground better than the younger ones, that's horrible ground and it's catching a lot of them out but it helps him. The summer ground hasn't been helping him, he's been feeling his old bones. He's been a super horse for us and I'd say in time he'll end up having a happy retirement in Colin's place as he loves him.

I'm absolutely delighted. He's had hiccups and it's taken a long time to get him right,. In Tipperary he ran a horror of a race but he pulled a front shoe and stood on the nail. It took a few weeks to get him sound again. He ran a great race in Killarney and I'm delighted because he's a good horse. He kind of handicapped himself because things had been going wrong. Hopefully we're on an upward curve now. He's in at the Curragh on Wednesday and he'll run with the penalty. I think he's really a mile-four horse but it's just brilliant to have him back. He's a really nice straightforward horse. He's in the horses-in-training sale but now that I have him back I'm going to try and talk to John. I think he's really well handicapped but it's John's decision. I'd love to hang on to him but we'll see.
Givemehoperosa leads home Davison 1-3 in Maiden
She's a fine filly, she had a setback on her second run in Gowran and we had to be patient,. I was worried that we might run out of time, as she's a turf filly really, but thankfully she backed up well after Naas last Sunday. I think she's a filly that will progress again for a winter under her belt, she's still a big frame. She's genuine and tough and a nice one to look forward to next spring. She seems to like those conditions, she's tough enough and honest enough to run in those conditions as well which counts for a lot. It was a very good ride. I'd say another furlong will definitely be no problem and you never know she might be a mile-and-a-half filly in time.
Eastern Legend wins October Handicap under Rory Cleary
Jumping will be his game. He's in the sales and we'll see how he is tomorrow, if he doesn't look too light he'll go to the sales,. That was his best performance. He goes on any ground and he has Triumph Hurdle written all over him!
