The Veterinary Officer reported that Jetoile (IRE), trained by Ryan Potter, appeared to be suffering from ringworm and the trainer did not have a Certificate of Non-Contagiousness.
Potter was fined £140 and skin scrapings from the horse were sent for analysis.
The performance of Highstakesplayer (IRE), which started favourite and was pulled up, was considered.
