David Nolan, the rider of Musical Diva (IRE), drawn 7, had appeared not to keep straight from the stalls.
After being interviewed and shown recordings of the incident, the rider was suspended for 1 day.
The winner, Three Beauz (GB), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Carlisle on 6 July 2024, where the filly finished eleventh of eleven runners, beaten by 16½ lengths.
It was noted that Rebecca Menzies could offer no explanation for Three Beauz (GB)'s improved form on this occasion.
