That was grand. I don't like making it. He came back from the Derby Trial and was covered in ringworm, typical of a weak horse. When you get it in May you just have to be patient, back off and let him come to himself. He has a temperament to die for. He is a lovely quality horse. We will stick to the mile and two for the minute. He doesn't want it any faster than that. We will bring him home and see how he comes out of it, he'll improve for the run and we'll try and plot it steady, steady. We'd like to be thinking big for next year as opposed to this year.
