The Raceday privilege request in relation to Caribbean Wind (GB), trained by Jack Channon, to wear a red hood to post, was not submitted.
Channon was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all Raceday privilege requests are submitted before 1pm on the day before racing.
An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final furlong involving Glitterella (IRE), placed second, ridden by Morgan Cole, Make It Easy (IRE), placed third, ridden by Rowan Scott and Midnight Lir (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Liam Keniry.
George Bass, the rider of Caribbean Wind (GB), placed fourth was also present in the enquiry but was found to have not been involved in the incident.
The interference was found to be accidental as Make It Easy moved slightly right-handed at the same time that Glitterella (IRE), placed second, drifted left-handed, causing Keniry to take a check on his mount.
