He had a nice smooth run from his last race to this and we were hoping he'd go and do something like that, I thought he was quite taking. Dusty (Shane Foley) said he's still a baby. The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the home straight involving Benavente (GB), ridden by S
Foley, placed first and Devil's Outlaw (USA), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed second, where it appeared the horses bumped a number of times. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr. McDonagh stated that he felt both horses came together under a left hand drive with the high winds making it difficult. Mr. Foley stated that his horse quickened up well but ran around a bit in the high winds. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action
