Keith Dalgleish was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
Approaching the final furlong Hillgrove Angel (IRE), placed third, shifted slightly right at the same time as Peerless Percy (IRE), placed second, shifted left causing Lizzie Loch (GB), placed fourth, to take back slightly, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Hillgrove Angel (IRE) and Peerless Percy (IRE).
An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final furlong involving Peerless Percy (IRE), placed second, ridden by Paul Mulrennan and Hillgrove Angel (IRE), placed third, ridden by Sean Kirrane.
Mulrennan was cautioned for careless riding as he had allowed his mount to drift left without sufficient correction, moving Kirrane slightly off his intended line.
Following the race, Ben Curtis reported that Najashee (IRE), unplaced, stopped quickly.
James Sullivan reported that Millie The Minx (IRE), unplaced, ran flat.
