An enquiry was held to consider interference approximately 1 furlong out involving Yagan (IRE), placed third, ridden by Luke Morris, and Amalfi Bay (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Oisin Murphy.
The interference was found to be accidental as Yagan (IRE), under a left-hand drive from Morris, had shifted slightly to his left leaving Amalfi Bay (GB), which was going for a tight but legitimate gap on the inside rail, short of room and momentarily eased by Murphy.
