A query was raised to consider why Neil King was running Dancing Doris (GB) here at Fakenham on going described as Good to Soft, having declared the mare a non-runner at Warwick on 3 May 2021 on ground with the same official description.
The trainer stated that, in his opinion, he felt that after walking the track at Warwick the ground was riding slower than described due to persistent heavy rainfall throughout the day and that Dancing Doris (GB) would be better suited to the ground conditions at Fakenham today.
