Owing to low-lying sun, the Stewards granted permission for Fence #1 (the last) to be omitted from this race.
An extended handicap steeplechase for four years old and upwards rated 0-123 Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 12st and the minimum weight is 9st 12lbs Penalties - Winner of a steeplechase after calculation of the handicap shall carry 5lb extra for each steeplechase won.
