The Raceday Stewards received a report from Mr. A. Ring, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that Mr R.W. Barron, rider of Dream On Baby, weighed in at 1.1 lbs overweight
Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that this was the case and apologised. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr. R. W. Barron was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended Mr. R. W. Barron for two racedays

Having considered the matter which included photographic evidence the Raceday Stewards accepted the explanation offered and took no further action
