Bond Boy (GB) ran yesterday at Kempton, finishing fourth of eleven runners.
Having been examined by the Veterinary Officer, the gelding was deemed fit to race.
Permission was given for The Nail Gunner (IRE) to be mounted in the chute and to go early to post and for Give A Little Back (FR) to wear a red hood to the start; the gelding also wore earplugs which were removed at the start.
An enquiry was held to consider the unruly behaviour of Corvair (IRE) which refused to race.
The representative of Antony Brittain was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
As the gelding has been reluctant to race and refused to race on several occasions previously, the matter was referred to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
Having reviewed the start, Stewards were satisfied that Corvair (IRE) had refused to race and was deemed to be a runner.
