The Stewards requested a report from Adrian Maguire, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Knockraha Pylon, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge disappointed the last day in Tramore when never getting into the race after jumping off further back than planned. He added that today's change in tactics, by jumping off handy, helped his charge return to form. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.
