The Stewards enquired into possible interference approxmately 25 yards from the finish involving Grangeclare Native, ridden by Rachael Blackmore, placed second and Joshua Webb, ridden by S.W. Flanagan, placed first, where it appeared interference had occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action
S.W. Flanagan, rider of Joshua Webb trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right when he hit the front
D.E. Mullins, rider of Vee Dancer trained by Ronan M.P. McNally, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a noise in the home straight. He also reported that his mount was moving the bit in it's mouth, possibly as a result of being too loose
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Vee Dancer, trained by Ronan M.P
McNally, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
