It’s worth a hell of a lot of money and you would have thought that you might get soft ground at that time of the year. The Stewards interviewed B. Robinson, rider of Baraweez, concerning the fact that he appeared to move across before reaching the marker poles. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered evidence from the rider, the Stewards were satisfied that B. Robinson was in breach of Rule 211 (a) by failing to ride in a straight line until reaching the marker poles. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards cautioned B

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Full Moon, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have lost a left fore shoe and a left hind shoe but was otherwise post race normal
