Approaching the final furlong, Serenading (GB), placed third, edged right causing Knightcap (GB), placed fourth, to take a slight check.
However, after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Serenading (GB).
Following the race, Megan Nicholls reported that Balancing Act (IRE), unplaced, was never traveling.
Duran Fentiman reported that Knightcap (GB), placed fourth, was denied a clear run approaching the final furlong.
Cam Hardie reported that Red Treble (GB), unplaced, weakened quickly in the final furlong.
