The Stewards interviewed Thomas Gibney, trainer of Global Fert, regarding the late arrival of the horse into the Parade Ring. Evidence was heard from the trainer who explained the circumstances surrounding the late arrival and apologised for this. Having considered the evidence and taking his previous record into consideration, the Stewards found Mr. Gibney in breach of Rule 32(ii) and fined him ?250. Furthurmore the Stewards reminded him of his future responsibilities in this regard
The Stewards interviewed Edward Cawley, trainer of Nobody Home, regarding the late arrival of the horse into the Parade Ring. Evidence was heard from the trainer who stated the circumstances surrounding the late arrival and apologised for this. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards found Mr. Cawley in breach of Rule 32(ii) and having taken his previous record into account the Stewards imposed a fine of ?200 on the trainer.
