The Raceday Stewards enquired into the circumstances surrounding the tacking up of Ballysax Hank, trained by Miss Katy Brown, in this race whereby Mr. Daniel Dunne, an unlicenced person, was observed tacking the horse up and furthermore was observed legging up the rider in the parade ring. Evidence was heard from Miss Katy Brown and also from I.H.R.B. Security Officer Mr. Frank Clune. Having considered all the evidence, the Raceday Stewards referred the matter onto a Senior Racing Official for further investigation
