Garth Rockett (GB) wore ear plugs which were removed at the start and was given permission to go early to post and be mounted on the chute.
Oliver Stammers, the rider of Toussarok (GB), was unseated leaving the stalls.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no other horse or rider was involved and was caused by Toussarok (GB) ducking its head down and unbalancing Stammers.
As the Stewards were satisfied that Stammers was mounted as the start was effected, Toussarok (GB) was deemed to be a runner.
Following the race, Laura Pearson reported that Cash Machine (IRE), placed sixth, was slowly away.
