Celtic Dancer swoops on the line
I thought he was done on the photo but it seems to favour this side. He gave him a fine ride - he's a lovely horse but he's not the best jumper in the world. He tends to make mistakes when you really need to keep him in his race but seems to jump the Easyfix hurdles better than the traditional ones. He is progressive and he's entered at Killarney on Thursday and we'll have a look at that.
Global Racing delights Cromwell in Limerick
He ran a cracker the last day, is a consistent horse and got his ground in an ideal race today. I fancied him and all the horses are running well. The loose horse helped him no end today. He's limited but please God he'll win another one.
Mullins substitutes for Townend on chase winner Cool Colonnade
I didn't know much about him but he always seemed to be a very free horse and I'd say the fences are making him back off. He loves the ground and should win his few races.
Mega Mindy wins for Shark's new syndicate
she had the experience, is very consistent and deserved that as she had been knocking on the door the whole time . She is in at Killarney on Monday and if she comes out of today she'll be run. The lads are a great new syndicate (Meadows Racing Club) to have in the yard and are from in Clonoulty in Tipperary. Simon Ryan, from Simon's Bar in Clonoulty, is in the syndicate and I dealt in cattle with me years ago and that's where it all came from.
