The Stewards fined Mrs John Harrington, trainer, ?350 for lodging a passport in respect of Conron, for failing to correct a clerical error that was noted when the animal ran at Gowran Park 23rd June 2018. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Conron in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (v)
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Devil's Glen, trained by Alan Fleming, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have sustained a minor wound medial right fore and medial right hind, otherwise he was post race normal.
