An enquiry was held to consider the unruly behaviour of Ruith Le Tu (GB) which was reluctant to race.
Polly Gundry was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
As the gelding has been reluctant to race and refused to race on several occasions previously, the matter was referred to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
Having reviewed the start, Stewards were satisfied that Ruith Le Tu (GB) had refused to race and was deemed to be a runner.
