Dundalk Wed, 13th Nov, 2024  Forza Toro He had a nice run the first day and that was just sort of an ideal opportunity for him today. He'll go on good ground. He's a good-actioned horse and he'll certainly go on good ground. He stayed the seven well, he could probably step up in time. He has a lot of class. I think we have run a couple of two-year-olds this year and both of them have won - Fregada and him - so they are two exciting horses. The form worked out (in Gowran Park, winner then finished second in a Group 2 at Doncaster). There was a couple of 70-rated horses and Ronan said they weren't good enough to lead him. It is a nice thing to say about him. Possibly not (anything here for him the rest of the year) - we will talk to the owner and make a plan, turf and Polytrack. He's just a good horse.

Tramore Sat, 17th Aug, 2024  Best Law Gary thought one or two of them might go on but they were going a fairly pedestrian pace so he let him roll along. He seemed happy enough in front and he handled the track well. He handled it better than Galway the last day. In against the older horses and on the slow ground, it seemed to scupper him a bit. Back on the nicer surface here he got the job done. . He'll stay going down the handicap route and we'll plot our course with him. At some stage he'll be a nice dual-purpose horse for someone. There is plenty of size about him, he gets a trip and he's not slow either. That'll be probably where he ends up. Andrew Duff, representing

Killarney Mon, 15th Jul, 2024  Best Law We were a little worried about the ground but that was nicely done. The ground is proper good to firm summer ground but has a lovely cushion of grass so is safe enough for him to run. It is great to get a winner for Gaelic Bloodstock which is fronted by Philip Burns in Scotland and fair play to them for being patient with this horse. Hopefully there is a couple of more races for him before he goes jumping. He is a fine big horse and jumping will be his game.

She disappointed us here the last day but Ben Coen felt we rode her a bit too handy then and felt she'd be better with a bit of cover. In fairness Cian did a great job on her today and it worked out well. It was five the last day and the little bit extra was probably a help, maybe six is her trip ideally.
